Returns:
-You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-Your item should be in the original packing.
There are no returns/refunds on the sale of digital cameras unless a clear working video of the camera is not sent to you. If you want pictures and videos of the digital camera's, you can ask us before we ship out the item.
All sale digicams are final sale. No returns or refunds. They are priced up to 80% below market value, so a few flaws or glitches may be present. Please request detailed photos or videos before purchasing. If not requested prior to checkout, the item will remain non-refundable.
Shipping:
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item.
-If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund only by bank transfer. This may take 3-4 days depending on the bank.
PLEASE NOTE that all cameras sold are pre-loved, and product photos may not always reflect the exact condition of the item. We strongly encourage customers to request updated pictures before shipping to avoid any misunderstandings. If no image request is made prior to dispatch, we will not be able to offer refunds based on cosmetic condition.
